At the end of the video Dr. Steve strongly advises not curling your back when you first get up, like you would do to put your shoes on. You may remember a knee to chest stretch that I have instructed a lot of you to do before you get out of bed. This stretch is fine because you are still lying in bed. No gravitational pressure is being put on your discs in your back and you are using your hamstring to do this stretch. This makes this stretch perfect to get your pelvis in alignment and ready for getting out of bed.
