This month I would like to address two issues: 1) how to safely walk on ice and 2) how to get up if you have fallen.
The first video is very short, basically showing you not to take big strides landing heel toe but to keep your feet under you and try to keep as much of your whole foot on the ground as possible.
You don't have to be elderly to utter the words, I've fallen and I can't get up!
